If you don%u2019t agree, then you will be unable to register. One other important requirement, your email address must be registered with QRZ.COM otherwise there is no way to send you your password. I get many emails telling me that QRZ has their email address, but if that email is not made public, you can%u2019t get registered. Be sure your email is made public like mine shows on the registration screen. Registration Screen
